Contact us Before we ship out for a refund. 

No Refunds will be given after the product has been sent. If there is a damaged product or wrong order, we will send out another product to correct the order.

Please contact us within fourty-eight (48) hours upon receiving your package if an item is received damaged or has been incorrectly shipped by us. Your order will be considered as correctly closed without any issues if no attempt has been made to contact our Returns Department within 48 hours.
